Our organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour is freshly milled from organic hard red spring wheat. The bran and the germ have been removed leaving the endosperm that is made into the flour. It is enriched with iron, riboflavin, vitamin-D, folic acid and niacin as required by law in Canada. This is the same high-protein flour used by our professional baking clients. It produces high, well-textured loaves of bread and performs well for a wide range of products.
